it wasnt that question so much IMO, it was the David vs. Goliath angle that pissed him off, said "everytime you guys say that Texas is no good, you are setting these kids up, and its not fair"....loved it:td:

it will be, I think it will become an instant classic...it had the feeling he just wanted to say..LOOK MOTHERF#$%ERS...I AM GOING TO TELL YOU ONE MORE DAMN TIME....
Just watched the replay thanks to RollTideRandy. Seemed like the interview was hyped a little bit in my opinion by some of you. I expected him to treat them like a beat writer...but he didn't.

Saban made a lot of excellent points. He's right; Texas is an outstanding team, and they have a Heisman candidate just like Bama does. You don't go 13-0 unless you're a very good team. Yes, Texas struggled and barely beat Nebraska, but Bama barely survived Tennessee and Auburn.
Don't disrespect your opponent. Remember how Miami acted toward Bama in the 1993 Sugar Bowl?
I watched it last night and really like how CNS told it like it was. Texas is there for a reason. This isn't David v. Goliath. These are 2 of the most storied programs in college football.
