Some of these changes are welcome. I welcome the new interpretation of the block/charge rule. I am not as sure about the new rule on hand checking. The NCAA has said it wanted to clean this up for years, but we will see how it is called on the court.

I do like the new options on the elbow to the head rule. The automatic flagrant has changed the course of games inappropriately. Mixed feelings on the use of instant replay on out of bounds playe. It could lead to a lot of reviews. Kudos on review for the shot clock issues.

Well that sucks for us. In fact, that's terrible. The identity of the team is physical play and defense, and it seems like they're doing more for the offense to score. Don't like the hand play at all, especially with us on a limited roster. I do like them clearing up the blocking/charging fouls, clears up the controversy.

BTW, this is irrelevant, but Dakota Slaughter was rewarded a scholarship.
