Add a fish on the corner of both bottom hooks. A bass, just just the outline of the head. Add barbs to the hooks. Line off the top hooks to form a 18 in the background.

Can you invert the fish head to the opposite end of the hook?

As far as I have found...there is not trademark on that design. I know he's your friend. Just tell him we're going to use it to support the site. Tell him it's a great concept, and we appreciate it. "Hey man, got some great news! We are going to use your design..." @doemasters
