Frisco, TX was ~30k people in 2002. It's over 200k now, 18 years later. Parts of Texas are expanding at incredible rates, many of those are outta staters wanting a better quality of life.

I agree, particularly the ten year hook, but if Democrats continue the discussion of this as a national funding plan, it won't matter where you live.
