[MENTION=17619]bamaraider[/MENTION] People have talked about 'Ville getting "jobbed" with their seeding. I didn't like seeing St. Louis get the placement they did in the Midwest—specifically having to face Louisville in the second round.

I've watched SLU play a couple times: senior laden squad. Their game Saturday is one I plan on watching...I suspect it's going to be a good one.

OH, now that I'm thinking about this...in our pool here at the bar we've got 271 in...two picked all the games yesterday correctly...six only missed one game.

Winner gets 60% of the pool...

I had Tn beating Duke in 3rd round. Vols have a great shot at the sweet 16 now. Mercer cannot match up with them inside. So far every miss I have had I picked to go down in the next round anyway.

I had Duke in a match-up with Michigan, losing to UM, then UM losing to Arizona in the final four.

Missed seven in the round of 64...I had both Oklahoma schools, so there's two, along with Duke, AZ St., Cincy, New Mexico, and Ohio State.

Crazy thing about my local pool. Two guys leading it after the first round only missing on two games. The ray of hope comes from the projected total on points (we're using the same scoring system as ESPN.) One can't get any higher than 1460, the other 1540. I'm tied with about 30 other people right now...25 ahead of me.

I've not even looked to see how the pool here is going...though by the number of people involved I don't know if we can call it a pool. :icon_scratch:
