For all #Auburn football commits. Please read - "I realize that we have had the kind of year that none of us wants but in choosing the college to attend you should remember this. Auburn has a tradition of winning that goes back many decades as well as a team that receives national exposure regularly. Coaches throughout the nation come and go and if you decide to commit to a coach or coaches, chances are you may not have those coaches for more than a year or more if you go that route. Auburn is a special place and even though many different opinions present themselves on here about a number of things, NOBODY will dispute that fact. There is a family atmosphere at Auburn that you will not find at any other school and a loyalty among our fans that surpasses understanding for their University. Others cannot fathom it. I hope each of you will make the decision that's best for you and remember, only about 1 in 100 actually make it to the pros and if that 1 is not you, then you need to have the best education you can get to face the trials of live and be successful. NO matter what happens with Coach Chizik and this staff, Auburn will provide you with that education as well as a small town environment where it's really hard to find trouble to temp you. We have some of the finest facilities to offer in college football as well as educational facilities and teachers you will find anywhere. So when making your decision, please keep ALL these factors in mind and remember the phrase that we cite frequently; Auburn was a great place before you got here and it will be a great place when you leave, hopefully with a great education or pro career and in either case, you will be prepared for life's journey.
