Friendly, warm, funny people. Beautiful landscapes. Fascinating history. And our hostels have been nicer (and way cheaper) than most American hotels.

Never made it that far south. Visited Dublin, then straight over west to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway, then up to Northern Ireland to see Giants Causeway. Been a few years but a lot of green grass, sheep, stone walls, narrow roads, and old pubs from what I remember.
