Interesting to me is that the coach said he was already running the defense, while he said that the speed of the game was not that much faster than what he sees in the SEC.

Is that a statement about the SEC or about the Raiders or about BAMA?

wow.. mcclain "up and running" and wearing all black.. that is a scary thought. he sounded REALLY confident.. guess saban had him prepared to make the leap..

though it pains me to see him in anything other than crimson & white, i think he is going to be something special for the Raiders immediately (right up there with how DeMeco became a star for Houston right off the bat). he is a special, special once in a lifetime player.

They got the absolute best guy all around both on & off the field the draft would give 'em.

What puzzels me is how come we don't get those kind of player interviews @ the collage lvl.
maybe we do....i just don't ever see them. I'd love to see some one interview Trent or Julio
like that.

lol all u would get out of Julio would be "yep" "yes sir" and "sure" answers. dude does not like the media at all and seems to be extremely shy. supposedly he is way more open when u get to know him but im sure all interviewers would get the same treatment from good ole #8.
