I've seen rumor mill scenarios where CKD goes to Penn State and Kiffin comes to Bama...What say you all???? Has Kiffin toned down his "act" enough for Bama??? Who would be OC and DC??? Interesting questions to ponder...

I posted this in the other thread. Rumor isn't true. It started with Penn State Writer and it spreaded like a fire. It doesn't do any good to speculate something that isn't true.
 
I would just like to see a ballsy AD fire a coach for negotiating or seeking other employment during the football season.. kind of like a lot of jobs do in the real world... It happened at Boston College a while back..Jeff Jagodzinski.

Just saying any coach should be fired for actively looking for other jobs during a season..Taking planes to other universities or pro jobs.. It's a huge business distraction.. And IF they accept other employment, fire them immediately... and that doesn't matter what position they are in the playoffs or championship whatever... kind of like Nick Saban did Kiffin..Teams should have a designated window for that..

If Kiffin is staying, why would he wait on announcing it until after the last game of the regular season? It looks like he'd want to end any speculation that could be a distraction to the team.

I'm not sure why a football coach should be treated any differently than anyone else earning a living. Would you quit your current job before beginning a job search?

Here is what I think about him! IF IF IF he come to BAMA I guess that the day I would stop watching my be loving team!! I accept Curry into the Bama family too!

The players don't have this option.. what if players openly courted other teams during a season...Hopefully they are fired...They NCAA needs to pass coach tampering rules..
 
At the end of a regular season should be "Black Monday"... The reason you have the much hated NIL is because of the money hungry coaches and agents... The players decided they wanted that too.. and now the coaches are angry at the players and tired of the game.. THEY started the bloodsport, the fans are living with today... the fans and they're enjoyment of the game is suffering the most..

I disagree about him as a head coach. I think he’s probably the second or third best in the sec currently.
