| FTBL Report: Dabo set to hire Garrett Riley

is Riley what we would really want at Bama? I didn't really see anything from the TCU O that made me jealous... I think the biggest thing they had going for them was the grit of their qb...

Something else to consider is what Lane said back in '16 about all the toys he had to play with at UA. Did Riley have all that at TCU? No, but through a really good leader, he produced a pretty good product. At UA, he or any other coordinator will have lots toys to create all kinds of havoc here. Riley could have done more here than he did at TCU. Probably more than what we've seen the last two years...

Air Raid offenses haven't been without talent whether it was Riley, Leach, whomever.
Air Raid offense have been without championships whether it was Riley, Leach, whomever.

When we see what Bama has done against the Air Raid, why would anyone want that at Bama?

We've seen conversations talking about the lack of winning in the trenches for the Tide, but now we want to see the Tide go to a more finesse offense?

Someone help me out with the logic here.

No, actually I was referring to the stable of RBs he had here. And, of course, without winning the trenches, what does that really matter?
