Those of you that are calling Taylor a "bad QB," how many games did you see him play in? Because I dont think the ACC likes to make a habit out of giving "bad QBs" Player of the Year awards...
And as far as completion percentage, that isn't a be-all, end-all stat but you def. need to take into account the talent around him. You're talking about a guy that in his three years starting in the NFL has thrown for AT LEAST 62%. So, either John Harbrough is a QB whisper and he just simply developed Taylor into a solid QB when he was with Baltimore or Taylor was pretty solid to begin with.
I watched Tyrod a few times... He ripped my Broncos up last year. I think he's a solid NFL QB.
In regards to Jalen becoming that... Athleticism is there.... Arm is there... Intelligence is there.... But there are some serious short circuit issues when it comes to progressions and seeing the play before it happens. I actually went to that VT game when Bama blasted them and remember our S/T's dominating that game, like 2 TD returns? Can't really remember Tyrod's downfalls in college but I would agree with whoever says it's the exception to the rule to see a college QB be a better pro than college player. And if Jalen is going to get the live bullets as the main passer it's not going to be at Alabama.... JMO
