Maybe that's what made him such a great football player. Free-flowing oxygenated blood getting quickly to the muscles where its needed and all that...
Seriously, I really do hope it does not hinder his abilities or draft status that would cost him getting what he deserves.

This would have been known at the combine and wouldn't change his stock. Sounds to me like a team is trying to push Reggie down the board so they can snag him up. The timing of the story release is awfully suspect.
