Nice work. I like the idea of putting it out there gauging he chances of picking a kid up or not. I know all of that changes but it gives a reader the direction or the position of the recruitment at that point in time. Next month or so when you speak with these kids again, your opinion will likely change on them.

Do you have specific criteria you use to gauge the chances of picking up a kid or just gut feel?

I gauge the interest on 4 things. 1) What they say to me in the interview 2) Crystal Ball predictions 3) Offer list, location 4) Twitter presence I.E. pinned tweet, how they announce offer etc.

Mainly though, it's off the first 2 points.
