just found out that my old t-ball / little league coach died yesterday of a massive heart attack.

i've known him since i was 5 years old.

he's lived just a few houses down from me for as long as i can remember.

he was ALWAYS in good spirits and never had a harsh word to say about anyone or to anyone. he was always joking around and laughing.

he had one of those voices that carried a long way and would always yell out if he saw me out in the yard.

he was a HUGE 'Bama fan!

and he was a good friend.

i'll sure miss him.
