I'm not so sure. Yes, It was a bullet that threaded a needle, but it was good only because it resulted in a touchdown. TR was open underneath and was a much safer option. AJ didn't have to make a play at that point, so forcing it not the smart decision.
To me, AJ's abilities have never been in question (Phillip's either), but the only concern that I have with AJ is that I believe that his confidence in his arm is greater than his decision making. He's always had a better arm than GMac, but AJ rode the bench behind GMac because good decision making was better than arm strength.
That said, AJ is making noticable improvement in being the heady QB that he is asked to be.
