for the Georgia Offense. Yes, I mean offense. He knows Bama's defensive scheme inside and out since Saban and Kirby haven't changed it in 8 years. I believe you will see the hurry up used quite a bit by them. Bama will try to use the bigger defensive line up to handle their run game and the no huddle will cause us a lot of problems. With Dr. Jekyll playing quarterback, I don't see us out scoring them.

Yea. I'm just talking about them using the hurry up and knowing where the wholes are in Bama's defense. I know he is not a read option QB. I think you will see a lot of single back, three receiver sets using the no huddle.

Everybody we play knows our defense. They have 7 years of film on it. The only question is if they can do anything about it. This game comes down to Bama's offense vs. the UGA defense. Georgia's offense isn't going to do a lot.

Pruitt WON'T make as big a difference as you may think. Personnel has changed and that means more than just schemes. In the past, he probably could've used our bigger safeties as a weakness as well as our bulkier LBs. The problem is, we have moved away from those types since Pruitt left. As stated before, you don't change your MO 5 weeks into the season. They may try to mix it up from time to time, but then EVERYONE does that. The problem with going up tempo, if you don't have success, you are off the field. Another problem, your O line doesn't rotate 10-12 guys the entire game and they WILL BE gassed.

By now even opposing fans know the weakness in Saban's defense. It's the middle of the field 15-20 yards past the LOS. That's why seam patterns by slot receivers and or TE's kill us. The problem is being able to execute it. Things will be no different Saturday. Pruitt, the fans watching, the announcers will all know where the weaknesses are in Saban's defense. But the most important thing is can they take advantage of it?

I don't think Pruitt will make a difference. He won't see any signals with enough time to make substitutions or change play calls. Defensive alignments will be disguised. His history with Alabama sounds like it gives an advantage, but he's been gone for three years. Things change.
