Definitely a good move... Go ride out the likely show cause that is coming, earn a nice paycheck, and be surrounded by a several friendly faces. I do think he will probably get some money back from the Vols in time.

I could certainly see that. It is easier to pay it and be done with it, rather than drag it out, fight it, and end up paying anyway.
