I would still prefer to be ranked 2nd or 3rd at the start of the season. The only thing that matters, as we all know, is where you finish at the end of the season.

We definitively do better as the hunter as opposed to being the hunted. Having said that. Best case scenario. We start out #1 to continue our streak of seasons being ranked number one. We struggle against Ole Miss, similar to last year and Clemson lights up which ever rooty poot they are playing in the ACC. We get jumped and move down to 2 or 3 after week 4........we stay there until the play offs.

I look forward to seeing how ALL our QB's perform this Saturday. I believe this young QB from Texas just might get a run package set for his skills for this fall. I want to see just how quick he is when running. Hope the weather permits a great day for the game and fans. I will be watching this year from the house on my 26" Zenith.
