Exactly Tim. We could possibly even see some of the smaller FCS schools drop their programs if they can't make the money to run a program. $500,000-750,000 sure goes along way in helping the little programs. The smaller FBS conferences will definitely feel the sting as well. I think the school presidents will argue that a playoff goes to long and it hurts the student athlete and then Congress will suggest cutting back the number of regular season games from 12 down to as low as 8-10 games. How are they going to determine who gets into this playoff bracket when polls often times set you up how you finish the year before. Then those that have a great season but aren't given the pre season love (ala the Barn in 04) are left out of the playoff. Congress needs to straighten out our country and all of its problems and leave football to the schools and sadly the NCAA.
