Well I just saw this and it true, the guy did vote for Cooper. Also found this to, you want to know why it take so long for you to find oit who winner it because of all the hand count:

In Mobile, Kim Tillman, Elections Manager for Mobile County Probate Office, said "We have write-ins this election. It's the write-in candidates that are taking so long to process. If we have 50 Nick Sabans, we have to count each vote for Nick Saban."
