An interesting (to me anyway) stat...

Both Perkins and Stallings coached in the NFL for 4 years before coaching at Alabama. Their records? Each had 23 wins and 34 losses (Stallings did have 1 tie).

which brings me to a confused point....

with Perks record at NY.... as @OldPlayer player pointedout...
And not really anything impressive at Bama....

why was The Owner of the Bucs...Culverhouse or something....so hot to grab Perkins....i know they were friends....or something...

who know....i dont.... perkins could have taken Bennett with first pick in draft...
