I love that picture, haha. Yeah this is basically the same situation. The media really just does not like us at all. All they are doing is talking good about him. Makes me sick.

Not a dam thing will be said in the media, derogatory or otherwise about petrino. Last year, what took place with our coach and the Miami Dolphins, was all about hating the Tide.

They can't stand us for winning years and years ago. They still hate us and paint us as cheaters. It pisses me off. There probably isn't a cleaner program in the land right now than Bama, yet the past will always be a part of the program, and it taints each and every story that concerns us.

Arkansas gets away with the same thing, and it gets some late-night treatment on ESPN, and that'll be the end of it.

I plan on lighting up the phones at JOX and 100.5 in the morning....

EDIT: Sorry for the "color" in my language, but I'm a little sick of the two-faced monster called ESPN. Of course, if Bama's winning, none of this seems to matter as much, but this was a long 2007 season for us too. The SEC West just got a LOT more competitive, and it's gonna be even tougher to get through now. I believe the SEC West has 2-3 of the nations' top 10 coaches, and I'm NOT including Petrino OR Nutt.

And what of the deal with Arkansas and Ole Miss? Will Arkansas fans hate on Ole Miss the way LSU fans hated on us? Nope. It's all about downing "Bammar" to these other idiot schools' fans....

DeAngelo Hall is giving him hell on ESPN right now. Man, I am sooooooo glad to hear that. He is pissed.

He's being pretty nice about it though.

I love his comment that......wait now he's telling it like it is.

If I see him in the streets I wouldn't have a word to say to him. I could think of a lot of choice words if he left my team.

DeAngelo Hall just said that Arky isn't that good of a team in SEC anyway.

Maybe ESPN will leave Coach Saban alone for a while. This guy deserves all the Hell he is going to catch.

I agree. I'm a pretty big Falcons fan and I feel the same way DeAngelo did. He said that he really wasn't that mad about it until he saw Petrino and family doing the Woo Pig mess while celebrating and smiling. I have to admit that I felt the same way in the same order.

I've got no love for Petrino, but DeAngelo Hall is a tool. ESPN knew he would blast him, so that is why they had him on. I'd much rather hear the opinion of someone like Keith Brooking or Warrick Dunn.

Well, I will not disagree with you about Hall. He seems to have always been a trouble maker, but at least ESPN isn't letting Petrino slide. I'm glad they chose to call someone they knew would bust his ____.

The guys from ESPN are now giving him some hell. I think it's going to get a good bit worse in the coming days.

Or Vick......wait.

Petrino phoned in his resignation too, by the way.

The dirty has became dirtier

I agree with that, but I very seriously doubt it will reach Saban levels. It will make for some talk radio fodder for the rest of the week though...
