A lengthy article but really fascinating in its detail. On a purely social level, it's hard to see any of the folks running a massage/prostitution business as victims. The real injustice has to be the people that went in just for a massage and got filmed and IDed based on a very loose definition of police's guilt or innocence.
The DAs are all politician as a rule and no doubt Kraft meant fame and notoriety. No way they bother to push a misdemeanor that far. Especially, when they had to know human trafficking was not at risk. And lastly that "Patriot act (sneak and peek)" no pun intended, but how is that for karma, is so loosely written that it continued to be abused by law enforcement as an easy way to get around the 4th amendment.
And thus justice once again goes forth crooked.
