🏈 Patriot's owner, Robert Kraft, arrested and charged with solicitation of prostitution

So the police used a suspicious package/bomb threat to evacuate the massage parlor (note, they reportedly didn't evacuate other business in the strip mall) so they could plant cameras inside.

Is that legal?

It is. If they collected any evidence while inside it wouldn’t be admissible in court.

But if the workers (aka tuggers) were forced to do this and involved in some sort of sexual trafficking racket, then it's big news.
That's the first thing that jumped out to me when I saw the first reports: the mixing of sex trafficking and prostitution within the same "sting." Add to that it changes the "charges" put out with some of the ladies now considered victims...twisted story with a lot of pieces that seemingly don't fit.

Sex trafficking and prostitution would be mixed in the same sting if both things were involved. Some of the ladies were/are victims.

My suspicion is this is a case where "sex trafficking" is as muddied water as the term "hate crime" is today. (I almost used the word "fear," but I don't think it's apropos.)

All too often I see people being charged with things that just don't fit. As example, a guy buys a couple of dime bags for the weekend and gets pulled over and we see him charged with trafficking/distribution when it's all personal use—only because it's separate bags.

I don't know this to be the case. I do know I'm suspicious when we see names of this caliber combined with charges like this. It's as if "how big/major can we make this charge" all the while thinking about the headlines, ya know? [/COLOR]

Just the truth Skippy....It is good that CNN,ABC,CBS,NBC all truthful. F them all and Fox.

No, Adolf, every single one of those networks are owned by massive corporations that are publicly held companies with hundreds/thousands of investors. The "evil Jew families own the media" narrative is such a bullshit thing that so many right wing nuts espouse, which is so weird because of how protective you guys seem to be over Israel.

I don’t know about other states, but here we charge for trafficking/distribution on weight most of the time, although I’ve arrested two people for intent to deliver when they had separate baggies, but there were other factors that lead to the charges.

As for the sex trafficking case, my brother was involved in it and the prostitution charges were a biproduct of everything. I can’t say much, but I can say they did not look into the place for prosititution they were looking at sex trafficking based on tips from a CI.

Really? You're getting a little riled in another conversation with 50+ using the word liberal and we have this? Come on now.

Now, talk about ironic right there. Terry if you can find a single post about me being "upset" over someone using the word "liberal" about anything I will print that damn thing out and eat it. Stop making shit up. He said LIBTARD. And I didn't get "upset." I told him I have no desire to even have a back-and-forth with someone that can't even make an argument without using something like that. Says a lot that you got offended by me calling someone "Adolf" that was throwing around the "Jew families" conspiracy crap about the media but not about the anti-Semitic stuff itself.

It annoyed you, Josh. That's precisely why I used the word "riled" instead of "upset."

Still, I'm left with seeing "Libtard" versus calling someone "Adolf." There's a clear line of demarcation here. A drastic difference.

I get what 50+ was saying. He feels that a lot of the liberal principles are retarded. That's quite a bit different than calling someone Adolf and what that represents. (although the farting cows analogy does make one wonder just how far the elevator goes up.)

Personally, the comment by @JoseyWalesTheOutlaw about all the MSM being owned by Jews is what I'd call a stereotype. I don't see hostility towards the Jewish race or religion which would have defined anti-semitic notions/feelings.

Someone can call me whatever they want, but I just won't respond. It didnt get me upset or "riled up." I literally gave him one sentence about it.

And I think the majority of conservative "principles" that are espoused are racist and stupid and but I dont go around here referring to any of you as "Trumptards" do I? One person calls liberals "libtards" and you literally just went out of your way to defend that over calling someone Adolf that was making an anti-Semitic statements (whether you want to acknowledge it or not, that's what he did. Spew out a bullshit conspiracy theory about the Jews controlling the media, clean it up all you want). It was hyperbole. I wasn't calling him a genocidal maniac, just pointing out the anti-Semitism. Again... weird how cool you are with that and "libtard" but seem to have your feathers ruffled for me dropping Hitler's name...

Come on now, Josh. If it was enough to make you walk away from the conversation it annoyed you. That's no big deal. If someone called my beliefs retarded I'd get annoyed.

I saw the word "owned," and I can see where you took that as "controlled." I didn't. Granted, I also didn't understand the point that was attempted.

I distinctly see a difference in referring to someone beliefs as retarded and drawing an analogy with a guy responsible for killing millions. Sticks and stones versus gas chambers, right?

Trust me on this. If the roles were reversed and you were called a Nazi I'd have responded the same way. I know you know me well enough to know this to be a fact.
