I don't like Dabo anywhere around the Alabama program. I could care less about other areas where he's been measured and found wanting: but I won't.
As I've said before, I like the story of his time as a walk-on and his progressions as a player at Bama.
No joking at all. Dabo used to say that his staffs consistency is what made Clemson so good. And I think he had a point, much like 'Bama's defensive consistency under Kirby. Dabo's OC & DC have been getting good HC offers for years. That's nothing new. Anytime the OC's are offered they are pretty much gone. Now, BOTH the OC & DC is gone. It will be a different team.Keep his staff together....ur joking obviously.....
His co- ordinations got high profile HCs...lol...
And nick hasnt done it...so its a "wait n see" thing ...not a given like ur proposing
Will be interesting to see him manage his staff with those 2 gone...
Interesting but not a complete wash....
.....amazing we dont agree....because we kinda do...You're missing the point here, drastically. Saban doesn't believe the programs success is all because of him. See how often he's talked about guys like Lane and the changes that brought to Tuscaloosa. Or his admiration, respect, and reliance on Pete Jenkins or Joe Pendry.

As I've said before, I like the story of his time as a walk-on and his progressions as a player at Bama. As soon as he started crossing the line (NCAA) under DuBose, those feelings changed. It's not a lot different than DuBose: appreciate his time as a player and don't as the guy in charge of the program.
Your love for Dabo is as misplaced as your love for Shula: neither were good for the program.
Yeah....i am lost what i wrote abou "nick hasnt done it" nobody has done it more and with more success......itās uncanny how he has been able to adjust to everything CF ....as it has changed and he has changed.... the man is unbelievable....as a HC....No joking at all. Especially with Venables being gone. Clemson will lose more games because of that. I don't have to wait & see to know there will be a drop off.
Now I am not sure what you mean by the fact that "Nick hasn't done it"... He's certainly replaced coordinators with successful coordinators who go on to other HC jobs. So I am really lost at what you are saying.
Even still you're not telling the whole story here. Now, BOTH the OC & DC is gone. It will be a different team.
LSU vs A&M. I understand where you're coming from there.Agree with Terry P except for 1 thing.
ACC - Clemson
PAC - USC
B1G - Michigan
Big 12 - Texas
SEC - LSU <- I would replace them with Texas A &M

Same with your A&M comment earlier. If he has another struggle season, Dabo is on hot seat.
Only four more to go.Historically, the most overrated P5 team is the one that plays Bama in an opener. Broken from the beginning. I guess I'll have to say TX.
Week three. Intriguing game in College Station. The hype will jump for the winner and I can't count out Miami.ACC- Clemson and Miami
PAC 12 - USCw
Big 12 - Baylor/Ok St
Big 10 - Michigan
SEC - A&M /LSwho

Struggle season....10-3If he has another struggle season, Dabo is on hot seat.
Um based on what? Return to where? Bowl game?Struggle season....10-3
Wonder if tennessee/ florida etc would like to havesuch awfu struggle
Dabo beat Bama/Saban twice..has 2 NCs.....be a long time of really crap seasons... ( 10-3 aint crap).......before he is on hot seat...if ever...which is doubtful....
Clemson will return to CFPs....very soon
Really...lose 4-5 games...goodness...Um based on what? Return to where? Bowl game?
Look at 2022 schedule:
Georgia Tech Struggled to beat them 14-8 last year
Furman- Win
Lousiana Tech-Win
WF- They hung around for a while before giving away late in game.
NC State- 2 OT with Clemson. Lost to them.
BC - Beat them 19-13
Florida State Beat them 30-20
Syracuse Beat 17-14
ND- Not a sure W
Louisville Beat 30-24
Miami not a sure win..
South Carolina. not a sure win
My point is that as long they have DJ behind as a QB, They're not going to score more than 30 points often. As Terry P noticed, he is still making same mistakes from last year. That is unacceptable for someone who's in program so long. Defense for Clemson is questionable too. I suspect Clemson will lose 4 or 5 games. Next year doesn't look promising as well. Only way for Clemson to get back to CFB is to address issues through transfer portal and he's not doing that any time soon.
Only one of these statements are true and it lacks "former." He's about as bad as DuBose when it comes to race preferring to have his 'white guys' in visible positions except DuBose discriminated the other direction.Clemson hate runs deep...coached by a good ole country boy and bama player...
