Do y’all have a second favorite school you like?

Mine is Texas. Was born and raised in DFW area and a grandpa and uncle graduated from UT, so rooting for UT was/is something I’ve always known. Graduated from UA, so they’re my first love

Penn state I like the non-urban people of that state. They remind me of Alabama people

Hell no. I’m of the same opinion as @Elderfalsedemigod. But I’m going to say varying degrees of dislike. Except a few, I hate Tennessee and Auburn.

In college? Are you serious, no way. I want to be able to have pure joy when bama drills whoever they play. If I had a second team there would be internal conflict.

Dad went to West Point so I've always liked them. I root for them year round.

My wife was raised in South Carolina and was a big fan of them before we met. She is a Bama convert and SCAR is secondary to her now, so with respect to her past I root for them when they aren't playing us.

My grandfather was retired Navy, so if I had to choose, the Midshipmen would be the team.

I used to always say Michigan was my second favorite team. After Coach Bryant died, I started to pull for Michigan because they had Bo Schembechler for a coach. I was a teenager; I liked the legend aspect (And I sure as hell wasn't going to pull for either Notre Lame or PSU, especially after Bama was screwed there in '83!).

Now...Michigan? After Lloyd Carr left? Forget it!

Well....yeah.....i root against AU and TN.....
But went to Cle**son, penn State, La Tech, Marshall, and a north east school...
So root for most of those....unless its vs bama

It's hard not to pull for the service academies. Plus, I always pull for Army when they're in international competitions...
