Isn't hitting the QB head on "targeting" regardless of whether he led with the crown or not? Or wouldn't it at least be roughing the passer or something like that?

The problem with that this year is that they are expecting the replay booth to make the call. Yes, make the call! New rule! We would never have heard the end of the REC sh!t talk if the replay booth had made the call.
