This is one of the sole survivors. Cooked them around 600 degrees to medium around 145ish on the internal temp. That isn’t steak sauce on it, but it’s own juices. Don’t know what’s up with the pic (shadow). I’ll post another.
That's awesome, if I lived down there I'd have a hard time staying away. We were down at the Grand Hotel for a banking event, ate at Jesse's Wednesday and the Wash House Thursday. Also had lunch at the Lakewood tennis/pool facility, that's a nice property.
