I saw Cecil's tweet and just had a good laugh. It should be interesting to hear their spin. The holier than thou Big Ten has bashed the SEC for oversigning and "adjusting" the roster thru grayshirts, medical schollies, etc.

I actually posted the story at Reddit. OSU fans are basically saying after signing day they will be where they are supposed to be. So they either believe some guys are going to flip or there are transfers coming. And even if they are over on signing day then the overage will leave after the spring practice so it will be fine anyway. In other words, justify and deny.

They only signed 23 last year so two are likely backcounters...24 the year before, so they may have back-counted one last year and "technically" only signed 24 initials for the 2015 cycle.
