Let's be honest here. Were it a drunk woman that some man was dancing all on people would be complaining about how she was sexually assaulted even if she didn't try to push him off. It looks bad, but it also looks like he may have been trying to keep her from being right on his genitals (notice his hand placement where he may be either feeling her up or keeping her from getting too close). I don't like the guy, but I ain't taking too much from a few second video that could easily be two young women seeking social media attention.

The woman grinding on his knee and the woman in the still photo are not the same person. I’m sure that many women, and men, would ask to get a photo with Urban for many reasons, but they aren’t as likely to ask to grind on his leg.
