Guys, I don't think it's more of a plan B in case Sark falls off the wagon. If there was a remote concern about that, CNS wouldn't have named him OC in the first place.

I think giving him an extra title gives him extra pay to keep him around another year or two, until Sark fully rehabs his image and gets another HC gig.
