I haven't been able to watch much, but from what I've seen, so far it's a battle of damn's... Our RBs, WRs, LBs, DLs... DAMN! THEY LOOK GREAT!! QBs (excluding Blake Sims) and K, however...

I've watched bits and pieces but I am recording it to watch a little later on tonight. One thing that's jumped out at me is how quickly our ends are coming off the snap. Our tackles are holding their own, often getting double teamed, and down to guys like Liner and Kirven they're taking up the two lineman like they should without giving up ground.

Defense looked great, first and second team. The rest left a lot to be desired. I understand this was only a Spring Game, but I just didn't see near what I was hoping for. That, and ESPN freaking cut the coverage for freaking softball.

I have always held the view that you want your defense ahead of your offense at this time of year. This is exactly what I hoped to see.

I concur with the thoughts on Tony Brown. I thought he looked fantastic. Did anyone notice him and I think Vogler get into a small shoving match?

Also very impressed with our linebacking corps. Reuben and Ragland played fantastically I thought.

Bateman showed flashes of brilliance, but a little inconsistent.

It was #41 I'm pretty sure, not Vogler.

Reuben Foster looked pretty good as someone has already said. He is a player and wants on the field. That hit he took on the head made me think concussion. He looked very wobbly getting up, not the look of a stinger. I had a couple conclusions when I played and that's how I felt when I tried to get up.

Just finished the first half.

Reuben does have a lot of speed, no doubt. I suspect he's going to see limited action unless he gets in sync with the defense. Unless I'm seeing it wrong, he's over-running a lot of plays.

Reuben got into position for a big play more than once, hen did not wrap up on t the tackle.

Morris is apparently the new holder as well as punter. That does give other guys special teams something to consider.
