Notre Dame football coach Brian Kelly had some strong thoughts about Alabama using former players on its scout teams to help with preparation.
According to The Indianapolis Starās Laken Litman, Kelly was asked about teams like Alabama, which brought on former quarterback Blake Sims to help the Tide prepare for Texas A&M quarterback Trevor Knight, bringing on former players for the scout team. Granted, Kelly is frustrated about a lot more than Alabamaās use of former players on its practice squad, as his Irish are currently 3-6 and will need to win out in order to become bowl eligible.
But the Notre Dame coach isnāt the first to weigh in on the issue. Former Alabama quarterback John Parker Wilson was asked the same thing earlier on Thursday.
