Many of us refer to South Carolina as USCe. But in one respect, that being cheating, the real USCe is ut. IMO, ut hired the lame kitten because they knew with his USC background that he could continue their grand tradition of getting away with **** with the NCAA. And USC hired him back for the same reason.

Lack of institutional control by both schools? Depends on how you look at the half glass of water. Half empty or half full? Again IMO, I believe both schools have complete control of their cheating procedures. Name me two schools that have committed more violations without penalty than ut and USC.

To me, this is crap coming back around. Years ago, before this message board ever existed, Alabama's program went through this same ringer. We had the NCAA living in our kitchen, we had coaches coming and going, and we couldn't get the top recruits to actually sign on the day that matters.

It's all come back around. USC has hired Kiffin because no one else that should take the program over is available, and also he has a lot of familiarity with recruiting and the program. He is a stooge to take over the program until this storm has passed. There were some institutional control issues that have existed at USC for a number of years. Heck, I remember that Leinart and others had handicap parking passes for their cars and got busted.

This couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of folks, up in Knoxville. Kiffin's name will be synonomous with probation and failure, I think.

I hope you are correct. I just don't ever expect to see more than a slap on the wrist to either program.
