Couple of things... Saw mention where he hit the cup on his first tee shot yesterday yesterday, ended up with a birdie.... nearly pulled an Oats. Also, not enough gets talked about in terms of how much money and time he gives to different charities. Obviously, Nick's Kids gets a lot of attention, as it should, but a significant portion of his free time from the spring to the summer is spent helping numerous causes (local, state, and national). It would be easy for him to say "no" and I'm sure there are times he has to because of his schedule. But he often doesn't just cut a check and call it a day, he shows up and speaks at the events too, both big and small. His legacy on the field speaks for itself, but the charity work he (and his wife) does off of it, to me, is equally impressive.
