Nick Saban said Monday he did not have a "crystal ball" to predict whether Tagovailoa will be able to play against LSU.

It sounds like He want to keep LSU guessing for a while... I wouldn't be shocked to see Mac leading the drills this week to confuse LSU.

Also, I found it interesting when coach said he was focusing on Auburn offense instead of LSU offense. Does that mean he saw something that could be exploited by coaching staff?

Ask yourself this question. Is the LSU offense doing anything differently than Bama did last season?

I suspect "focusing on the Auburn offense" in how it relates on how to attack the LSU defense.

There are aspects of the LSU game they started working on last week. The LSU game plan won't be installed until Thursday.

Pretty sure if Saban was watching the Barn's offense he just needed a good laugh. Another option is he was looking to determine what NOT to do. Or just maybe he was looking to cut up tape to show future recruits that are considering the barn and asking them if this is really an offense they want to be a part of.

That’s normal for bye weeks. You work on up coming games down the road for the first week and then prep/work on the current up coming game the 2nd week.
