I am a former fan of a school that is looking for a new school to suport. I wanted a school that really cares about winning and has no tolerance for being mediocre i didnt go to the school but was raised where thats what our team was. So after lots of thought i have decided that i would like to support the crimson tide a program that just wants to smash you in the mouth and dare you to say somethng and most importantly doesnt accept being average. I was wondering if Alabama would have an issue with me becoming a fan and call me a band wagon jumper? I attend every game i can every year and plan to continue and would def would be attending some games next year. Thanks

I thought Dabo was doing pretty good at Clemson. He seems to have them playing hard and wanting to win. A couple more good recruiting classes and they may be doing fine.

So if you are an Alabama fan now, what team do you see your self swapping to if Alabama struggles a little for a season in a year or 2?

Oh, I forgot to add this.

Free country, you can be a fan of what ever team you choose, but for me personally, I know of only 2 good reasons to change the school/team that you're a fan of.

A: If you wind up going to a college other than the one you've been a fan of all your life.

B: You meet and start dating this really hot chick that is a fan of a different school/team and wants you to be a fan fan of that same school/team. It's okay to change then also, but only while you a around the really hot chick. When are not around her, then you keep your allegiance with your original team.

Its been more than a season or two it has been the majority of my adult life average or below average seasons every year they continue to have some of the top recruiting classes in the country and waiste the talent year after year the admin at clemson contiues to work against the football program as long as there are butts in the seats even when they do make a change they refuse to do whatever it takes to become an elite program. I fully underatand that all teams go through good seasons and bad no matter what but i want to support a school that expects more than average . I am not one of those people that jump to whatever team is winning i had been a tiger fan all my life no matter how bad they where i just want to know that the school cares about winning

I can tell you that i never thought i would ever not be a clemson fan but it has ome to that and i am a very very loyal fan i can say i live and die with my team and all i can say is ROLL TIDE!!!!!!!!

Nevermind like it or not im a bama fan now always thought bama fans where very friendly another reason why i chose alabama we will cheer all the same when i am standing next.to you in Bryant Denny stadium you qont be able to tell im not a life long fan. Thanks for the warm welcome i guess i deserve it

^^ dude it has nothing to do with "nice" it has more to do with the fact that alot of us life long fans dont like "bandwagon" fans and thats exactly what ur describing. ur team sucks (but whats funny is Clemson is having their best season in YEARS, even won their conference) so u wanna jump on a team thats good now. i find it extremely lame to jump from one team to another at the drop of a hat.

but like someone else said, u can be a fan of whoever u want.

Thanks for the support i guess this forum is alot like others alot of people who judge others even those with the best of intentions just because they came to pull for a team a differ way than they did

Also if you would read all my posts you would see that its.not at the drop of a hat it been building for many years but whatever i just wanted to become part.of this community and talk football with other people who are as die hard as i am about college football but i gueas being damned for being diff is part of forum life
