So 51 people get a 41% payout. While everyone else takes a 10% cut.

And there has been millions coming into department.....

Millions haven't been coming in this year. And if Nebraska has any capital improvements going on (stadium upgrades, new facilities), the money not coming in goes straight to those projects.

Athletic departments aren't like traditional businesses that pay dividends or buy back stock. Any profit made is used for projects.

Yep....but like smart business...should be a rainey day fund..
Even TN State government has/had big multimillion fund....to
get through tough times of a few years ago...
