NASCAR Adds Gordon to Chase

I know we are all much more interested in other sports, tbut the twists and turns of the last race as far as qualifying for the Chase (equivalent of the playoffs, for you noin NASCAR fans) were bizarre to say the least.

Just one more nail in the coffin of Nascar. They alienated their fanbase that got them to where they are, when they started separating themselves from Joe Dirt redneck that would save money for months on end to buy a ticket and sold them down the river for corporate dollars that are no longer there. Now they all drive the exact same car with sticker on the front that says Ford, Chevrolet, or Toyota to denote the manufacturer. Couple that with situations just like this where Nascar makes up the rules as they go in order to keep their bigger stars in the spotlight.......Bill France is rolling over in his grave.
