Omaha, AL - Rick4Bama's neck of the woods if I recall. That hogback ridge on County 87 in Randolph County affords a great view of the Talladega range as well as east into Georgia.
Arab, AL - up on Sand Mountain. The town name came from a dyslexic clerk. The big guy in town wanted to name it Arad, after his son, but the postal clerk saw it as Arab - it's pronounced AY-rabb.
