Notre Dame is ranked higher. If we look at it from the linesmakers point of view it's opening as a PK in some places.

Terry, the first line I saw was Clemson -2. It may have moved. Mild upset but I think ND crushes them. Clemson never shows up in a big game.

If you want a bigger upset, take a hard look at OU at W Va. I don't know if WVa can pull it off but I think they have a very good shot at knocking off the Sooners

UGA -2, doesn't seem to be a whole bunch of confidence in the home team. Isn't home field advantage suppose to count for 3-4 points? I know these numbers are based off of who Vegas believes will win.
