also, you can follow them for more updates. i don't do any of the social media sites so i have no idea what sort of updates they give or how frequently they put them out.

Of course the 50+'s will be there...and no to knowing about stuff surrounding game...and no to going to see secs game day bunch.... or other stuff...
Parking best at mall...riding in...unless u have preferred parking...
One little important thing for all go-ers...
The metal detectors really slows things down...dont think you can wanna go in 10 minutes before KO....and start then... you will miss KO...
Lines will be longer... Roll Tide.....

Don't bring a lawn chair. I've seen many bring what I call cushions. Check the UA Gameday site to be sure.

You can also pay 10 bucks and rent a cushion with a seat back. You also might be lucky enough that whoever you bought the tickets from, might have annual seat backs, so find your seats first before you waste the 10 bucks per.

My first game will be this Saturday at some pretty awesome seats at Section L. My girlfriend bought us tickets so this still is coming as a shock... And she is definitely a keeper!

To say that I am stoked is putting it lightly. I've been to several A-Day games, so I have a decent understanding of the lay to land but I know full well it will not be even remotely the same.

So I thought I'd ask ya'll if you have any suggestions at what to bring inside, cell phone reception, to parking... Please let me know!

Thanks in advance & ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!

There will be a pretty important guy there on Saturday, some dude named bamachine.

Is he charging for autographs?

@utstnx If you do rent one, best get there earlier than you had planned in this regard as well. They can be a little difficult to install if people are already seated next to you. (Me? I just tell them to move. :devilish: )

Make sure the girlfriend has a clear purse or is tiny. Check the Gameday website for parameters of what's allowed. Try not to bring anything inside - it just takes up room. Cell reception can be horrible. I have Sprint and it constantly looks for reception. As a result, the battery is drained. Most of what you need (scores of other games) is on the ribbon boards.

Make sure you watch South endzone between 3rd and 4 th quarters...
Guys and gals put on a show....( even some players get caught watching)...
Of course...Rammer Jammer at end of game.....

I ended up getting what i think is a good deal... I got U4(which i know is up there) section JJ 50 yard line for 170 each. I thought it was a good deal for the iron bowl. face value on these tickets is 105 so 170 i didn't think was too bad.
