It would be good for Muschamp if he can be patient and wait in the wings for probably 4-5 years at least.
That's what I don't understand. How long are Bowden and Brown expecting to keep their HC's to-be waiting??

Well with Bowden, I personally think he may be finished by this time next season. Chances are JoePa has his legs worked on and has to retire because he can't handle the therapy on the knee and hip replacement he needs. So for Fisher, I see him taking the reigns in 2010.
As for Mack Brown, he is only 59 and has alot of good days ahead of him. I may have missed badly when I said 4-5 years. It may be more like 9-10 years.Muschamp better have the patience of Job if he is to be the Head Man at Texas.

I agree with you there. The only near future hope that Will has is for Mack to move up the ranks to Athletic Director or something of that nature.

Bunch of barners are disappointed

Ummmmmm....no we're not. Most people think he was an unproven coach. Additionally I think the guy has a huge temper. The truth about last year was that he had some questions regarding his contract. Jacobs told him he would get back to him in 24 hours. The hothead couldn't wait 24 hours and bolted for Texas. Not that I blame him, it's worked out well for him.

Sure....and the hot chick that turned you down had a wart on her little toe anyway.

The "unproven coach" statement does have some merit to it...

Agreed. That would be my only question in Muschamp being a head coach.
