to be honest, most of the auburn fans on the message boards yesterday were saying things along the same line. For that matter almost every fan of all sec school were. Of course you have the few who made ill advised jokes. Most fans know that in the end football is a game and an incident like this is far more serious than football

I dont think i was one of them...

But at what point is it ok to start joking? What i mean is if i saw my own mom fall out of a lawn chair, after checkig to make sure she was ok, i would laugh my a** off.

jokes early yesterday would have been distateful....but as the day progressed and it was apperant that he was going to be ok it becomes more acceptable...right?

i don't about anyone else, but i get tired of hearing the word "class" to describe fanatics.

i never use the term. to me it actually sounds like a term people use to claim they are better than others.

Every fan base has some idiots, nothing you can do about it. I like to believe Alabama has fewer then most SEC teams, but they're still there regardless.

Agreed. It might be the most overly-used term on sports message boards. Especially in the BAMA Nation.
