He may be a little under the radar but I def see why we pursued him. Looks like he's playing OT, but his body type is that prototypical guard we've had on the good OL's and I'd assume improves quickly once he's focused on that 1 position. He will be a nice option! RTR
I'd suggest the accurate term here is under-rated versus under the radar. We'd have seen him commit to Bama about a month ago if he held true to his earlier plans. However, teams like LSU, A&M, and Tennessee (to name a few) really turned up the heat on him the last few weeks.
Then again, I guess it boils down to whose radar he's "under," right? Flying under the radar of recruiting analyst and colleges are worlds apart.
(Those that have watched him in games and camps have said he's going to get the ol' bump when his senior season (and other events) are beginning to be weighed. He's not far off from a 4* in composite now.)
