Alabama and LSU both approached Miami about a neutral site game in 2017 or 2018, and it looks as if LSU is winning the Canesā favor.
The Miami Herald reported that LSU and Miami arenāt exactly finalizing a game yet, but that talks have progressed, and they are working toward making the game happen in 2018 at Cowboys Stadium to open the college football season.
Miami has also been in talks with Florida about renewing their rivalry, but the Gators will only play the Canes if itās a neutral site location, most likely Orlando.
LSU has several players from the Miami area, and two NFL factories going to work seems imminent to open the 2018 season at Cowboys Stadium. LSU leads the all-time series 9-3 against the Hurricanes.
