Didn't know the game was on...Didn't care too much either. It's a road win, which equals an automatic loss.

I waiteed for the game to begin on ESPN3. I ironed and folded clothes (I know, manly right? My wife loves me though.) while watching the first half. I walked the dogs at half-time. I suffered through the game in silence because my son and wife were asleep during the second half. All because it wasn't on television and I couldn't fast forward the DVR.

When is the last time Alabama has even won at Ole Miss? That place is not even that hard of an arena to play at, yet Alabama continually gets their arses handed to them there. Gottfried lost by like 34 points over there once, and that was when we were actually competing for the SEC Regular Season Championship.

Last win against the Black Bears was in 2009. Gottfried had already been fired, and Pearson was coaching the team in his interim role.

Beat the heck out of them that year...20+ point win with the Tide scoring 90.

I got caught up in looking at offensive production a few weeks ago and noticed that number. We've had one SEC game where we've scored more, the triple OT game against LSU last year. Two more games, OOC, where we've hit that number or exceeded it...one against Mercer and the other against Stillman.
