It's no wonder Anheuser-Busch converts their breweries to water plants in natural disasters. 99% of their products taste like water (sans, maybe, Stella Artois which isn't that bad of a lager.)

Before the growth of bottled water.... on the big wildfires we would get cases and cases of Anheuser-Bucsch canned water.....
A salute out to them for coming through in time of need..
Was better purified than local sources....

Beer. I saw someone drinking Coors Light from a plastic bottle recently.

I think I've read it is not too common because the beer goes flat a lot sooner.

FWIW, I saw those at Wind Down at Westedge...just down the street from the downtown Marriott. Thursday nights if you're in town that day from 5-8...pretty good acoustical music (cover band.)

Didnt say they quit doing....said all the national emergencies i worked .... mostly wildfires....was bottle water...
The cans were great for sure..botlles more durable in harsh environments...
