Wait. I'm confused, and haven't done much reading on this. Are they still doing both the Sugar Bowl and the Champions Bowl? Or are they one in the same?

Remember, currently the system is set for six different games. Three of those are tie-ins (contract,) three are access bowls (invites) with two of the contract bowls hosting semi-finals.
What's the 6th one? Sorry, haven't been following this that closely. I'm counting - Sugar, Rose, Fiesta, Orange and Champions. I know they were looking at making the Cotton Bowl a BCS Bowl...

I was talking with a group of guys the other day and one from Louisiana started criticizing another from Chicago on the way they handled their politics. I didn't say anything. But the irony certainly wasn't lost on me.
I don't think we can count Arlington out. After all, outside of the big four and now the Champions, the last one isn't official as of yet.
Arlington certainly would be a good venue. But, I keep going back to the geographical aspect with ATL. You'd have Fiesta and Rose for the West, Sugar and Champions in the middle of the country, with Orange and Chic-Fil-A on the east coast.
I wonder if there is a Jerry Jones factor in play.
