Out of all the Games set for the opening weekend besides Bama.This one interests me the most...I Like Richt.I think hes a decent coach and will do well with the Canes.Im also interested to see if the rajun Cajun..Coach Ogeron (SP) can put together a lil somethin somethin..If he dosent I fully expet his seat to become quite warm

I'm looking forward to the Barn and Washington. I think Peterson is an excellent coach. I spect Auburn to win, but I think this game will be very close and Auburn to win late.

Give me the Cajuns. I like their food better than the Miami Cuban flare, and I just think LSU's defense stands tall and gives their offence the chance to win.

Maybe I'm missing something, but all the negativity about Malik Rosier has me scratching my head. I thought he had a decent year under a newly tooled offense and coaching staff. That being said, It should be a good game and a fun one to watch.

Over/Under on fights, 1.5?

I agree the LSU n Miami is intriguing...but AU n Washington equally so..
But....Tennessee n WVU.....may be interesting also...great football early...
On Miami n LSU... Miami was all so flucky in wins last year....LSU close
Washington close...3 peat for AU ( 3 straight loses in Atlanta) and Peterson is outstanding HC...

Burrow might be the answer at QB but Ensminger is still calling the plays. I'll go with Miami.
Barn versus Huskies. I WILL NEVER pull for the Barn to win!! NEVER!! Peterson is a really good coach. Playing in the dome helps them as well, since they won't have to contend with the heat and humidity.

If my memory serves...Miami is returning a guy name Jackson who is one of you 'end/athletes' on defense. This is with all their linebackers returning as well. LSU is replacing both tackles. LSU doesn't have any returning production from their RB's so we're looking at backs in training to pick up blitzing schemes. (Blitzing schemes...Miami has a handful of those.) LSU is wanting to go with the quick passing game to their WR's. The two can't coexist.

I will enjoy watching Miami attempt to stop LSU's running game. I will also enjoy watching LSU try to stop Miami's passing game. I think LSU, on paper, has the upper hand. But as a program, there is more to play for and more "team" on the Miami side. I give the hurricanes a 4 point advantage.. probably a late pass ftw.

The time is weird. It would suggest academics but fall camp starting brings other things into play.
